Stock Donation
Contact your broker who will have a form to
make a charitable donation of stock. You will need the following information
to complete the form.
- Receiving Firm name - E*trade Financial.
- Receiving firm address- PO Box 1542, Merrifield, VA 22116-1542
- Receiving Firm DTC Number - 0385
- Receiving Party Account Title - Justice for Children
- Receiving Party Account Number - 61077314
- Tax ID Number of receiving party - 76-0284439 (required to send
stock certificates)
- Symbol of shares to be donated
- Number of shares to be donated
Complete the form and send it to your broker. Send an email to jshields@justiceforchildren.org
so we will know to track the transfer. For tax purposes you will receive
a confirmation from your broker and we will send you an acknowledgement
of the donation. If
you would like for your donation to be used for a specific purpose,
please include a note to that effect.
Randalls
Food Store - Good Neighbor Program
Anyone
with a Remarkable Card at Randalls may designate Justice for Children
(Charity # 4220) to receive 1% of your purchases as a contribution
to JFC from Randalls. Please go to the Randalls Courtesy Booth to
set this up automatically.
Kroger's
Share Card Program
The
Kroger's program requires the use of a bar coded card which we will
send you upon request.
How
will my donation be used?
- $20 for one hour of advocacy for a child
- $75 for one hour of therapy for a child
- $150 for filing fees/depostions/other legal fees to protect
a child
- $200 for assistance to a victim throughout a court case
- $500 for legal resource library for community use and education
(these resources will be loaded on to the website in the future)
Justice For Children is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We do
not charge for our services. All donations are tax deductible to the
extent provided by law. Donations may be used to obtain therapy services,
casework/personal advocacy, provide legal services for a child, and
other services for abused children.
